Rabai constituency in Kilifi county overwhelmingly voted Azimio's candidate Raila Odinga over other contestants.
Raila topped with a total of 18,631 votes.
United Democratic Alliance (UDA) presidential candidate William Ruto managed 9,705 votes.
Roots party leader George Wajackoyah got 290 votes while his Agano counterpart got 115 votes.
The constituency had 59,165 registered voters. 28,741 valid votes were cast.
As of Monday morning, IEBC had verified ballot papers from more than 244 constituencies.
The electoral agency confirmed that about 294 ballots were rejected.
