Tabitha Kiragu, an ardent golfer was crowned the overall winner of the inaugural IPF golf tournament last weekend at the same venue.
She carded an excellent score of 42 Stableford points. She will be one of the key players to watch during the tournament.
Kiragu is confident of extending her imperious form saying, “I am looking forward to picking up from where I left last weekend having won over 190 top amateurs.
"It is going to be a very tough and competitive but I believe with my experience and a good run of form I will triumph again. My swing is there, and I intend to make a statement right from the onset,” the Ruiru-based player said.

This will be part of Ruiru Sports Club series of activities that began earlier in the year with corporate entities like KCB hosting tournaments at the Thika-based facility as it marks 100 years of existence.
