Record FKF Premier League champions Gor Mahia have unveiled an innovative fan-driven fundraising campaign ahead of their return to the CAF Champions League.

In partnership with the sponsors, Kansai Plascon Kenya, the club has launched the ‘Wallcover K’Ogalo Edition’, a limited-edition paint range that will see part of the proceeds from every purchase channelled towards financing the club’s 2026/27 continental campaign.

The initiative offers supporters a direct way to contribute to the team’s preparations as Gor Mahia gears up for another shot at Africa’s premier club competition in September.

The commemorative paint tins feature the club’s iconic green and white colours, alongside artwork celebrating Gor Mahia’s rich history and domestic success.

Speaking during the launch, Kansai Plascon Kenya Managing Director Enami Kota said the partnership goes beyond conventional sponsorship.

“Our partnership with Gor Mahia has always run deeper than mere shirt branding; it is about fueling a legacy. This initiative gives the supporters a direct hand in shaping the club’s destiny on the continental stage.”

Gor Mahia chairman Ambrose Rachier welcomed the initiative, saying it reflects the financial realities of modern football and the importance of engaging supporters in the club’s growth.

“This is what modern football demands—deep-rooted collaboration built on shared ambition. Plascon has stepped up, and this initiative gives our supporters a genuine stake in our journey as we prepare to test ourselves against the continent’s best.” Branded under the slogan “Champions on the Pitch. Champions in Every Home,” the campaign seeks to strengthen the bond between the club, its supporters and its sponsors while helping raise funds for the challenges of continental football.

Fresh from reclaiming the FKF Premier League title, Gor Mahia will be aiming to make a strong impression in the CAF Champions League, where they will come up against some of Africa’s top clubs.
