The Dubai headquartered taxi-hailing service provider Mondo Ride yesterday unveiled a 24-hour customer service call centre to enable customers preorder cars without having to use a smartphone or Internet to book a ride.

Mondo Ride has launched an app that allows clients to pick a driver of their choice. “With the feature, we have enabled them to ride with drivers they like and trust,” visiting global chief executive Troels Andersen told reporters in Nairobi yesterday.

He said there are no restrictions on the number of times customers book the same car.
