At least 20 police officers were injured in clashes with protesters in parts of Nairobi.
Police headquarters said one police car was razed and two others damaged in the chaos that was witnessed in Kawangware, Huruma, Makongeni and Dandora areas.
The first incident happened in Kawangware Muslim area where 13 police officers complained they had been hit by stones and objects.
This was as they tried to disperse a group of protesters led by Azimio La Umoja leaders.
