One person has died while three others sustained injuries after a lorry crashed and rolled at Masinga, Machakos county.
Witnesses said the unidentified person died on the spot after the lorry that was ferrying sand developed mechanical problems in Ndithini area during the Saturday incident.
"The lorry failed to climb a steep area in Miu ya Ng'ang'a river in Ndithini Division, lost control and crushed. Three others sustained injuries and were rushed to Kakuku health centre for treatment," an eye witness told the Star on Saturday.
