The government said at least 39 people linked to the indoctrination in Shakahola forest in Kilifi County have been arrested.
Interior CS Kithure Kindiki while launching the second phase of the search for the victims, said more suspects will face the law even as the probe intensifies.
He said some victims of the Shakahola massacre are escaping to Tsavo National Park.
The CS said the rescue operation will not stop until all of the victims are evacuated.
