28th Koroga Festival held at Bomas

The 28th edition of Koroga Festival took place at Bomas of Kenya, Nairobi, last weekend. The two-day event was curtain-raised by Congolese musicians Kanda Bongo Man and Mbilia Bel. Others who performed were Emma Jalamo and Steve Kay.

The event celebrates African diversity in food, art and fashion. Despite the cold weather, Kenyans turned out in large numbers to enjoy the African hits.
