Huddah Monroe says creatives are going to struggle in the current social media wave.

She explains that most Kenyans have gotten into the creative space yet there is a shortage of fresh content.

The socialite said on her Insta stories that creatives did not suddenly stop making content but rather got tired of not getting enough recognition for their work.

"Creatives are not tired or silent but it is mentally exhausting to come up with things that people downplay only for others to make money later on the same," she said.

Huddah gave an example of the TikTok application that does not do much for Kenyan creatives.

She said the app is not useful if you are not in certain TikTok communities.

"Like TikTok is pure nonsense unless you are on Chinese TikTok or educative TikTok," she said.
