Enock, the Tanzanian singer who was demanding to be paid TSh500 million (KSh25.9 million) by Wasafi also stole Diamond's song.
New details shows that he had in the past sampled Diamond Platnumz's 'Number One' hit song.
The gospel artiste has been advised to settle the matter outside of court.
Enock Jonas of the hit song 'Wema wa Mungu/Zunguka' had complained to Tanzanian authorities that WCB singer Zuchu sampled his song in her latest track, 'Kwi kwi'.
Jonas said the melody and part of the lyrics were taken without his consent.
WCB manager Babu Tale said Jonas wasn't even going to get TSh5 million.
In 2021, Diamond also sampled Otile's beats in his song 'Naanzaje', which was taken from Otile's song 'Such kinda love', originally released in May 2021.
