This came after one P Fun, the CEO and producer of Bongo Records, called out Wasafi and the way they do their business, which has affected their artistes to the extent they want to go solo.
Before Rayvanny left WCB earlier this month, Harmonize and Rich Mavoko had ditched the label.
Tale said in an interview with Tanzanian bloggers, "I respect P Funk a lot, but let us let him be."
Asked about how the contracts at WCB work, Tale shut down the question, saying contracts are signed in private.
"We have to be very professional. If you see someone unleashing bedroom affairs out at the dining table, they are not well taught," he said.
"I have been in the industry for many years and when I speak, I speak that which I know and understand, but we are transforming from music to business."
Commenting on Rich Mavoko, Harmonize and Rayvanny leaving the label recently, Tale said they respect anyone who thinks they have room to weigh in on their business.
He said he is confident that Africa knows and respects WCB's contribution to the music industry.
"Never let people move you from your rail because our vision is to go international and we remain well within our vision," he said.
"If you want to keep fighting those who hate on you, then you are losing focus on your dreams. We will sign more artistes. We are doing good music business. And that is why there are haters. Don't chase haters."
Before Rayvanny's official exit, reports came that he was asked to part with TSh2 billion (Sh98 million) if he was in a rush to quit the label that created his musical stature.
Radio presenter Mwijaku, in an interview, said Rayvanny was asked to pay the sum but was unable to.
"From the information I got, recently Rayvanny got a partner from Zambia who wanted to invest in his Next Level record label," he said.
"But the investor insisted that he has to be independent to avoid collision, and that means ditching Wasafi.
"When he presented the case to Wasafi management, the managers there presented him with an invoice of TSh2 billion."
Last week, Rayvanny confirmed he had left the record label.
The Next Level Music CEO said the reason he quit the label was because he wanted to create more opportunities for upcoming musicians.
"The aim is to grow and also to create an opportunity for other artistes," he said.
"I leave and others get helped. I will be helping other young musicians in wherever I am going. I was helped to get to this level."
