The Safaricom message that appears after a call can be very annoying, especially if you make a lot of calls.

All you need to do is dial *456*7*3# then tap Ok.

The *456# service allows our customers to use one short code to access Safaricom services and products whether one is on Prepaid or Post-paid.

Follow these steps to unsubscribe and stop Promotional messages on Safaricom

Reply with 9: STOP.

Reply with 5: MARKETING MESSAGES.

Reply with 1: STOP PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES.
