Creativity is the ability to come up with original, innovative ideas, concepts, or solutions to problems. Human beings have expressed their creativity since the dawn of time.

From inventing planes and seeing the possibility of flight to inventing the telephone, in order to facilitate long-distance communication.

Sometimes human beings encounter "creative drought," especially when working in industries or areas that rely heavily on creativity.

This can lead to a person becoming less motivated, driven, and passionate. In order to get rid of this block one can implement the following steps.

Take a break, sometimes, stepping away from your work for a little while can help you gain a fresh perspective.

Engage in a different activity, such as taking a short vacation, engaging in an activity that does not entail what you do, or just relaxing and taking some time off.

Brainstorming gets your creative juices flowing and leads to new, more practical ideas. Start by generating a list of ideas, no matter how silly or unrealistic they may seem.

Do not work alone, collaboration with other creatives gives one a new and fresh perspective on a project.

A change of scenery can be helpful in sparking creativity. Try working in a different location, or simply rearrange your workspace.

Look to other sources of inspiration such as books, movies, art, or music. Studying the work of others can help you find new ideas and approaches.

Ask for feedback from someone you trust. Sometimes an outsider's perspective can help you see things in a new way.

Tackle creative projects one by one, sometimes a creative block can be caused by feeling overwhelmed by the scope of a project. Try breaking it down into smaller, more manageable tasks.

Kevin Mbeva, a seasoned professional Photographer and Videographer says “When I experience a creative block, I simply shut down my PC and head outside to engage in conversations with different people, I might even invite my friend over for brunch and catch up. After this, I dive back into my project feeling fresher than ever.”

Overall creative block is a  normal phenomenon that many humans experience, whether they are working an office job, running a business, or even creating an art project.

So don't let creative block hold you back, instead, embrace it as an opportunity to explore new possibilities and push yourself to new heights.
