Politician and businessman, James Wanjohi Njoroge has gifted a luxurious car to a director of Voyage Africa Limited as part of appreciating employees' hard work.
Wanjohi who is part of the company said it is important to award employees with gifts to motivate them at work.
He gifted his business director Rose Paul whom he termed as a good employee who works tirelessly for the company and the goals set for the year.
"We need to appreciate what our employees do for the company and award them with anything small to motivate them and others", Wanjohi said.
Wanjohi said it was a culture that Voyage Africa Ltd as a company, wants to adopt, in supporting and commending their team members as a motivational booster as well as for lifestyle growth and development.
He was also a UDA/Kenya Kwanza, MP aspirant for the Roysambu Constituency in the just concluded 2022 elections.
Rose, the Business Director at Voyage Africa said it was a huge surprise that she didn’t expect.
She was happy and thanked her boss for the surprise.
During the event which happened in Nairobi, sensational TikTok celebrity David Moya was present at the surprise unveiling and gifting.
The company whose offices are located at Mirage Towers in Westlands, Nairobi, is a travelling management company that offers visa, passport applications and work permit services to Kenyans looking to work or study worldwide.
