Mothers-to-be were recently treated to a weekend afternoon of free nutrition and breastfeeding by health experts.

This was during a forum called 'Mommy Talks', which was held at the Radisson Blu Nairobi Arboretum courtesy of Philips Africa.

The panellists were nutritionist Kefa Nyalumba, midwife Nereah Ojanga, lactation specialist Shiro Shiera and cosmetic gynaecologist Dr Christina Suleh.

Present also was Philips head of brand Radhika Choskey, ultrasound business manager Anari De Wet and country manager Dr Muthoni Ntonjira.
