Ingredients
1. 120gm pork
2. 10ml oyster sauce
3. 2gm salt
4. 1gm pepper
5. 1gm Five spice powder
6. 0.5gm chilli powder
For Tempura Batter
1. Ice water
2. corn flour
3. plain flour
4. salt
5. pepper
Mix all ingredients together and ensure it has a thick consistent batter
Method
1. Combine the oyster sauce, salt, pepper, spice powders in a bowl and mix throughly.
2. Add the pork into the mixture and let it sit for a while (at least 15minutes if in a hurry)
3. Dip the marinated pork into the batter and then fry in hot oil until crispy.
4. Serve with accompaniment (s) of your choice.
