Why men lose interest after a few dates

They are more likely to disengage compared to women

In Summary

• Men like being given space, if their job is too demanding, don’t get mad because he is not texting you during the day.

• When a woman keeps correcting and complaining about a man, he is likely to lose interest in you.

When a relationship starts, either at the courting stage or once you officially start dating, it’s all lovey-dovey, but it changes.

Men have more chances of losing interest compared to women because women take time to allow feelings to dominate before they give in.

You suddenly expect more from him

Men like being given space. If their job is too demanding, don’t get mad because he is not texting you during the day.

Also, don’t tell him everything about you in your first meeting because now he knows you, why would he initiate a second date?

Don’t rush things between the two of you, let everything unfold at its own time.

For instance, on the first date, you tell him all your problems, job loss, family background, toxic ex and economic challenges.

That man will disappear because he will doubt if you really love him.

He believes things are too easy

Don’t always be too available for that man, allow him to chase you.

It's weird because they need to go for what they like, but it feels good when he has to hunt for you.

Make his 'hunt' a bit fun by not making the chase too easy for him.

For example, from the beginning, a man knows you are never available on Saturdays because you are working.

Suddenly you have to squeeze your work schedule to meet him, he finds you to be too available and this makes the 'hunt' boring.

He is not ready to commit

From the first few dates, both of you will have identified what you want for the future, if it’s a relationship or career goal.

If a man decides to work on his career first, then he is not likely to pursue you. Instead, he will focus on his goals.

It's not unusual to find a man who tells you he is not ready for a relationship.

Maybe the man is ready to commit but you are not; if he loves you, he is likely to allow you to deal with your goals.

He doesn’t think he can please you

When a woman keeps correcting and complaining about a man, she is likely to alienate him.

First, constantly correcting a man is like downplaying his ego, and none of them like it that way.

No matter how intolerant you are of his character, correct them in a respectable way that will not mess with their ego.

When he loves you but you are constantly correcting his walking style or even dress code, he will no longer chase you.
