To make cream of tomato soup for three you need these ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Nine tomatoes 
  • Three bay leaves 
  • Seven fresh peppercorns
  • Two onion bulb
  • Butter
  • Two stock cubes
  • Two tablespoons of wheat flour
  • Three cups of milk 
  • One teaspoon of salt 

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and chop onions, bay leaves, and tomatoes. Smash the peppercorns. 

Step 2 

Heat the four tablespoons of butter in a pan and fry the onions, bay leaves, and peppercorns together.

Step 3 

Fry until golden brown then add tomatoes and fry until soft, dissolve the stock cubes in water, and add it to the fried tomatoes.

Stir it to mix well.

Step 4

Pass the fried vegetables through a sieve and return them to heat.

Step 5

Dissolve the flour in the milk and add it to your strained vegetables then stir it constantly and add salt to taste.

When done serve it in a bowl and enjoy your cream with friends or family.
