How to make tasty vegetable omelette

Eggs can be manipulated in so many ways and can be eaten at any time.

They can be eaten for either breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Incorporating vegetables into your eggs will make the meal tastier and more enjoyable.

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion-(red or spring)
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1  of each bell pepper (green, yellow and red)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 a teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 a teaspoon  of black pepper
  • 1/4 a teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/4 a teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 beef cube
  • Cooking oil
  • Shredded cheese (optional)
  • Sausages or smokies (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Dice the onions, tomatoes and peppers.

Step 2

Whisk the eggs in a bowl, you could choose not to as well

Step 3

Add up the spices to the mixture and whisk them up with the eggs.

Step 4

Place the oil into a cooking pan.

Step 5

Once the oil has heated up, pour the egg mixture into the pan.

Step 6

Sprinkle the chopped vegetables on the eggs and let it cook under medium heat.

Step 7

Once the vegetables have set on the eggs, you could top it up with some shredded cheese, diced sausages or smokies.

 

Step 8

Gently turn the omelette to ensure the top side also cooks.

Serve with tea, juice or coffee for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Enjoy while hot.
