Ingredients
- 15 chicken wings
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger, ground
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pinch black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- ranch dressing, for dipping (optional)
- Vegetable oil/ Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Pour two tablespoons of butter into a pan and arrange the wings in a single layer along the bottom.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, ground ginger, garlic, onion powder, and black pepper.
Step 3
Remove the wings after frying and coat them in the honey mixture before returning them to the pan.
Step 4
Whisk together corn starch and water and add to the pan to thicken the soup. Cover the pan and simer over medium heat.
Step 5
Serve over fries, rice, pasta or onion rings and enjoy with friends or family.
Serve chicken wings immediately with ranch dipping sauce.
