A mouth-watering, spicy, and flavoursome Masala Egg Curry recipe that will perfectly spice up your lunch.
- 5 Boiled eggs 5
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- Red chili
- Cooking oil
- ½ tsp Cumin
- Onion 1 cup, chopped
- Ginger paste
- Garlic paste
- 1 cup of Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup of Water
- ½ tsp of Garam masala
Boil your eggs and then peel the shell and poke using a toothpick.
Marinate the eggs in a bowl using salt, red chilli and turmeric for 30 minutes.
Add the desired type of cooking oil into a non-stick fry pan and fry the marinated eggs until light brown.
Remove from heat and then set aside. Using the same pan add cumin seeds and onions. Saute until translucent. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander, turmeric, and water then sauté for 5 minutes, into a thick sauce.
Add tomato and salt then sauté for another 5 minutes, before adding the garam masala.
Add the fried boiled eggs, sprinkle roasted cumin, and give it a quick mix. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve while hot with spaghetti
