For culinary wizards, burnt pots and pans can be a little discouraging especially when the tough stains don’t come off even when you do your magic.
With a good steel wire and baking soda lemon juice, boil the contents for 10 minutes to soften the stains and burnt parts then scrub.
Your aluminium coated sufuria will shine within five minutes.
Another traditional way is to coat the sufuria with wood ash and scrub using a steel wire, then rinse off with water.
Leaving stains can make it more difficult to remove them. However, using steel wires on non-stick pans can leave them in a sorry state, leaving them in scratches or the paint chipping off.
Salt
Table salt can be used as an exfoliator as it is the easiest and cheapest way to clean a burnt pan.
Just bring to boil plain table salt with a little water for 5-7 minutes.
Scrub the pan with the mixture and the desired dish soap then rinse with water.
Coca-Cola

Just fill the pan with a few inches of coke and leave it to soak for a few hours.
Coca cola is a fizzy drink and the carbonation will take care of the heavy lifting for you!
When you return you should be able to use a scraper to remove the burnt food or residue.
Baking soda
This is a must have cleaning hack item. The leavening agent that is also called bi-carbonate of soda can also work to remove tough stains on metals.
Working magic on aluminium, the baking soda oxidizes with air to remove the tough stains on the aluminium.
However, if it is used on metals other than aluminium, it might cause decolorization.
Cleaning companies advise combining little amounts of vinegar and water then heating till its boiled.
After that you add 2 spoons of baking soda in the mixture and leave for a few minutes before scrubbing thoroughly.
