Most college students want a 10-minute quick fix before or after class.
I must confess my love for eggs and noodles has helped me sort the hunger pangs I encounter after work or a stressful day.
You may choose to boil, fry or scramble the eggs.
Ingredients
- Two packs of Indomie instant noodles
- 2 eggs
- Soy-sauce
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Crushed garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Boil water with salt and add the instant noodles for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the excess water once they are cooked, sprinkle some oil and set aside
Step 3
In a pan, add some vegetable oil, crack the eggs and scramble. Put in a bowl once ready
Step 4
Put the crushed garlic or onions and cook until golden brown.
Step 5
Add the pepper and any spices. Add in the scrambled eggs and indomie.
Serve on a plate with a cold mango drink and enjoy!
