Ingredients
- 1 large sliced cucumber
- 1 mango diced
- Peanuts
- Rice vinegar
- Chilli sauce (optional)
- Honey
- Avocado (optional)
- Lime
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the cucumber, peanut, avocado and the diced mango slices
Step 2
In another small bowl, mix the chilli, lime, vinegar and pour over the salad.
Mix until it is well coated.
Step 3
Serve and dress with honey.
