INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp coffee powder
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp hot water
1 glass of cold milk
1/2 tsp cocoa powder (for top garnish)
Steps
1. In a bowl, combine coffee, sugar and hot water, whisking for about 10min
2. Whisk until the mixture forms a pale brown, creamy and thick mixture
3. In a glass of cold milk, pour the thick coffee mixture at the top and garnish with cocoa powder
Serve cold with cookies or your preferred snack
