Skincare is no longer a women's affair. Men, too, have chosen to invest in good skin products.

This kind of care can be done on specific parts of the body or the whole body.

But the whole body should be a routine and not daily, this could be tiresome.

So what makes a man's face or whole skin attractive?

For some, this involves a mixture of mature features; a large lower jaw, prominent cheekbones and thick eyebrows.

This skincare routine has been broken down into morning and night procedures.

Cleansing, scrubbing, hydration and prevention should be done in the morning.

At night, men should cleanse, hydrate and rejuvenate.

Hydration and cleansing should be done at both times.

CLEANSING

This is the first procedure. Use a warm towel to clean your ace from any form of impurities.

One needs to squeeze face wash or any other alternative to the warm towel.

The face wash should be one that has been designed by your skin doctor and has no side effects.

The procedure of cleansing the face seeks to remove oils, and impurities and make the surface ready for the main procedure.

FACIAL OR BODY SCRUB

For most men, it's a good idea to exfoliate two to three times a week.

Younger men tend to have oilier skin, so they can probably handle more scrubbing.

Men over 40 have a thinner epidermis, so they should exfoliate once or twice a week.

A facial or body scrub contains soothing oat, which helps calm the skin, along with exfoliating jojoba beads.

They gently smooth away dead skin without irritation.

The scrubbing should be done in a circular manner using bare hands or gloves.

HYDRATION

This procedure as well can be done both in the morning and at night.

Use a men's face moisturiser to replenish moisture in the outer layer of the skin.

This, in turn, prevents water from evaporating.

The best time to apply a men's dry skin moisturiser is immediately after showering.

Using a moisturiser after a shower leaves the skin healthy and hydrated.

REJUVENATION

After working out all these procedures, rejuvenate your skin at night.

Definitely, in the evening, people's faces tend to look tired.

But one should apply eye cream to deal with wrinkles or folds on the face.

This allows you to wake up the next day with a fresh, shiny face that has no eye bags and dark circles.

This is the last skin care procedure to do before sleeping.

But before stepping out in the morning, apply sunscreen.
