This announcement comes after Nyashinski's recent signing with Sony Music Africa.

On August 14, 2025, Sony Music Africa announced that Nyashinski had officially signed with them.

In addition to the signing announcement, the release of his first single, titled "Tai Chi", under the label was also announced.

The co-founding member of the hip-hop trio Kleptomaniax has shown growth and diversity since the beginning of his music career in 1999 as a high school student.
