Lil Nas X has been arrested and hospitalised for a possible overdose following a bizarre scene of him walking naked in the streets of Los Angeles, which was caught on video by an onlooker.
The video going viral on social media shows the Old Town Road hitmaker roaming around the streets almost naked, in nothing but his underwear and cowboy boots.
Someone caught the American rapper on video, while driving past him, at 4 AM, singing and repeatedly talking about 'a party'. In the video, at some point, he is also seen placing an orange traffic cone on his head.
Following reports from several people that a nude man was walking in the area, police arrived at the scene and found the rapper still almost naked.
He charged at an officer on the scene, leading to him being put in handcuffs. Following this late-night bizarre incident, Lil Nas X was accused of battery on the police officer for the altercation.
After the police suspected a possible drug overdose, the rapper was transported to a hospital.
He was later released from the hospital and taken to jail, where he was booked on suspicion of a misdemeanour for obstructing a police officer.
The rapper's representatives are yet to give comments on this incident.
This was not the first time the rapper was in a hospital. In April this year, Lil Nas X was hospitalised following a sudden facial paralysis. He shared a video on his Instagram saying he lost control of his right side of his face
