Counties with the highest number of registered voters

According to the Gazetted register of voters, Nairobi leads with 2,415,310 voters, followed by Kiambu with 1,275,008 voters and 1,054,856 voters in Nakuru.

This is an increase in the number of registered voters. In 2017, Nairobi recorded 2,251,929 voters, Kiambu 1,180,920 and 949,618 voters in Nakuru.

Also, in the recently gazetted register, Kakamega has 844,551 voters, Meru – 772,139, Machakos – 687,565, Bungoma -646,598, Mombasa 641,913, Kisii – 637,010 and Murang’a – 620, 928.
