They say work without play makes Jack a dull boy.
True to this words, Tourism CAS Ababu Namwamba on Monday changed the narrative of his busy work schedule to spend time with his family.
In a series of photos shared on Twitter, Ababu said he was happy to be back home to his family.
"Thrilling weekend of sporting fun, joining our children for a year-end soccer game and awards ceremony at the Kings Junior Soccer Academy, after some good home workout first, of course!" he said.
"Very happy to be back home sweet home. No place like home, where the heart is domiciled."
In the pictures seen by the Star, Ababu was seen playing football with his child in his cosy home.
They played on the lawn as his Jeep was parked in his compound.
Dressed in grey sweat pants and a navy blue T-shirt, Ababu was seen tossing the ball after receiving it from his son, who wore red sweat pants and navy blue T-shirt.
After a while, Ababu carried his son, who seemed a bit tired from all the games they had been playing.
Earlier, he was at Isambo International Beach Carnival for cultural harmony.
"People to people diplomacy and blue economy in practice," he said.
