WHAT ABOUT WANJIKU?

Impact of BBI so far convinces Kenyans it’s all about power

Report has caused a rift among our leaders even before it's passed

In Summary

• Pro-BBI leaders spit fire at whom the country assumed to be DP William Ruto, saying they could only take orders from the President.

• Leaders have, once again, managed to politicise a report meant to be for Wanjiku's benefit.

After the BBI launch at the Bomas of Kenya, State officials met at Kirinyaga to discuss the initiative.

Pro-BBI leaders spit fire at whom the country assumed to be DP William Ruto, saying they could only take orders from the President. As civil servants, they were expected to not politicise the report and let Kenyans read it and pick a side.

But now it looks like our leaders have already decided for us and are dictating where we should go and in the process demeaning each other on national TV. Kenyans should use such incidences to decide which leaders they want to lead them.
