Ex-CA Director General Ezra Chiloba: Who is he?

Suspended Communication Authority of Kenya (CA) Director General Ezra Chiloba has resigned.

He resigned on Wednesday in a letter addressed to the CA board of directors chairperson Mary Mungai.

He had been suspended as the CA Director General on September 18.

The suspension came just two years after his appointment to the docket. He took over from Francis Wangusi following his retirement in 2021.

Before his appointment to CA, Chiloba had been sacked as Chief Executive Officer of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission(IEBC) in October 2018.
