City Lawyers Danstan Omari and Cliff Ombeta on Tuesday joined supporters of Pastor Ezekiel Odero in praise and prayers outside court.
They sang, and ululated, while others clapped singing the famous song, 'Tunafuraha ya ajabu'
The two lawyers were seen joining the supporters in claps and dances.
While addressing the media, the lawyers called on the public to come out and report the case, if they ever took a patient to Ezekiel's church and later died.
"We are appealing to over 5 million followers of the church, anyone who has evidence, don't be shy, go to any police station and report that your relative died under pastor Ezekiel," Omari said.
Ombeta also alleged that the police were not going forward with the investigations they promised to do.
"Anybody who has a complains regarding one single body that was taken to Shakahola from pastor Ezekiel's church should come forward, the direction we are taking is not a safe one, Pastor is not interested in politics, he only wants to be released," Ombeta said.
Lawyer Omari said the pastor will be arraigned at 2 pm, urging his supporters to stay calm and wait for the ruling.
"Ni kawaida kwa maamuzi kufanywa saa nane, tuwe na subira, haya yote ni kwa sababu ya uwezo ya Mwenyezi Mungu," he said.
Ezekiel has also filed an application seeking to stop the court from detaining him for 30 days.
He is accused of conspiracy to murder, crimes against humanity, abduction, child cruelty and money laundering.
The state had applied that he be denied bond, saying the planned charges are complex.
Ezekiel also distanced himself from Pastor Paul Mackenzie who is suspected of indoctrinating his followers to starve to death.
