President William Ruto has moved Edward Kisiang'ani from the ICT ministry where he served as a PS and appointed him Senior Adviser in his Council of Economic Advisers at State House.
The move was part of Ruto's reassignment of officers in state departments as well as postings to foreign missions effected Thursday.
