Murkomen, Lenku hold talks over decongesting Kajiado

Roads and Transport Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has today (Wednesday) held a meeting with Kajiado Governor  Joseph Ole Lenku on matters to do with road construction and the completion of stalled road projects in Kajiado. 

The two leaders discussed other matters among them decongesting the county and ways to deal with it.

They emphasised on urban areas like Kitengela, Rongai, Kiserian and Ngong.

"As the council members of Nairobi Metropolitan Area Transport Authority, we agreed to work together to resolve transport and infrastructure issues affecting the member counties," Murkomen said.

The initiation and the agreement of the ongoing projects and programs will soon be convened in a meeting with all the leaders in Kajiado.
