Celebrated Kenyan actress Pretty Mutave will be buried on Saturday at her rural home in Kibwezi, Makueni county.
Mutave died while being taken to hospital. Reports say she had been sick since March.
A candlelight memorial will be held tomorrow at the Swahilipot in Mombasa. The event, which is white and red-themed, will start at 4pm to about 6pm.
A message from the committee planning Mutave's burial read, "The body will leave on Friday for burial on Saturday. For travelling arrangements, we all have to make early arrangements. Waiting on the family to confirm about transport then will update."
Mutave will be remembered for her acting role in the local drama series including 'Maza'.
