Global travellers are increasingly hopeful about the role of artificial intelligence in shaping the future of tourism, but concerns remain.
According to the data, 66 per cent believe AI will make travel easier and more efficient, while 63 per cent say the technology promotes inclusion.
However, not all perceptions are positive.
Nearly half of travellers, at 47 per cent, worry that AI could introduce bias that reinforces stereotypes or discrimination.
Another 38 per cent fear the technology may eventually sideline budget travellers.
These mixed attitudes reflect both optimism and caution as AI becomes more integrated into travel planning and decision-making.
