Future economic growth will be powered by a distinct set of factors depending on the economy's development stage.

For advanced economies, the primary engine of growth in the next three years is overwhelmingly the technology and innovation ecosystem development, with 70% of respondents identifying it as a key driver.

This is followed by trade and regional/global market access at 55%, and finally, human capital development at 39%. In contrast, developing economies place the highest priority on human capital development, cited by 66%.

While trade and regional/global market access remains crucial at 59%, a significant differentiator for developing nations is the need to actively attract foreign direct investment, which is identified by 41% as a primary factor.

These differences underscore the varied strategic priorities necessary to unlock growth, with advanced economies focusing on innovation and developing economies prioritizing investment in people and securing external capital.
