A recent Clean Air Forum in Nairobi, held between July 15 and 17, 2025, has unveiled a stark reality regarding global air quality.
Data presented by IQ Air at the forum ranks Kinshasa, DRC, as the most polluted major city.
The report identifies Kampala and Beijing as the second and third most polluted cities, respectively.
Others are Dubai (UAE), Jakarta (Indonesia), Santiago (Chile), Tokyo (Japan), Medan (Indonesia), and Tehran (Iran).
