What highest earning lecturer will get under new CBA

University lecturers have submitted a fresh pay demand under the new CBA.

If approved, the highest-paid lecturer will earn a basic salary of Sh580,144

The lowest-paid professor will take home Sh86,594 at full implementation 


UASU wants the Salaries and Remuneration Commission to include the proposal in the 2025-26 budget.
