The council asked supervisors and invigilators to ensure that candidates are issued with personalised mark sheets that bear their correct names and assessment numbers.
A candidate who commits an assessment irregularity in any paper will have the results for the whole subject cancelled.
The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has released the timetable for the Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA).
The exams will start with a rehearsal on October 25, followed by the main examination, which will run from 28-30 October.
