During the reporting period, NGOs preferred to operate in the Education sector at 15.9 per cent, followed by Relief at 13.8 per cent and Health at 11.7 per cent.
Other sectors which include; Animal Welfare, Road Safety, MicroFinance, Gender, Housing and Settlement, Nutrition, Refugees, and Youth collectively constituted 1.2 per cent.
The findings are according to the Annual NGO Sector Report released by the NGOs Co-ordination Board on June 18, 2024.
