ODM leader Raila Odinga was on Sunday cleared to vie for the presidency.
That was the fifth time he was being cleared to vie for the presidency.
He first vied for the presidency in 1997 and he has since vied for the presidency, save for 2002 when he supported Kenya's third president Mwai Kibaki.
In this year's election, Raila has earned the support of the incumbent president, Uhuru Kenyatta, for the first time in his political career.
