The teams' crisis management has also assisted in polishing the PS's work at the State Department. The observers not that other than some roundtable gatherings and conference attendance, the official has not done the required heavy lifting, despite the role drawing a lot of interest in the current global space. Worse, the observers note attendees for the forums are the same faces, limiting the variety of thoughts and ideas, and not much seems to come out of the engagements. The official is now being challenged to undertake an audit of the status of the docket, governments and companies that the country can partner with and develop a coordination policy instead of holding meetings for photo ops.
