A top state officer has shocked his juniors and handlers with his appetite for wealth. The man, who took office recently, has apparently embarked on massive wealth accumulation. Those in the know say he recently acquired a multi-million shilling property in one of the high-end estates in Nairobi. This came months after he was rumoured to have acquired an expensive property in the capital. It’s not clear where the man got the million to buy the property. However, some people close to him say he could be using his influence in the corridors of power to accumulate wealth.
