Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company has announced temporary interruption of its *888# USSD service.
In a post on X, Nairobi Water says customers who need to access their water bills are encouraged to utilize the online portal via https://portal.nairobiwater.co.ke/.
The online portal allows customers to download their bills for easy viewing and record keeping.
Nairobi Water has said that new users must first register an account to access the portal.
Steps to follow are: visit https://portal.nairobiwater.co.ke/, go to the customer service menu, click on self-care portal login, enter the correct details that's the phone number and email address, add the password and then confirm it and finally click to register.
Users should use the OTP sent to the email and phone number indicated to verify the login.
The user is then supposed to log in to the portal with the username and password.
Final step the user is required to add an account to view bills and statements.
