Well, I just thought I will arrive, pick whatever I find, something the equivalent of Njoro wa Uber, a ‘nduthi’, or a 1990 KAB pick-up for Kioko, buy whatever I want, choose my most convenient mode of transport and off I am back to my apartment. This was last week when I had just arrived in the place I will call home for a few months.
