Banditry and cattle rustling have taken over the airwaves. Recently, I tuned in to one of the many digital platforms on social media and listened to an MP and constituents from Turkana East. They were calling for the withdrawal of government machinery from the area to leave the locals to solve the conflict in whichever way they deemed fit.
