Machogu released the 2022 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) results on December 21, 2022.

He said he would ensure a 100 per cent transition to secondary school.

The CS cautioned parents from keeping their children at home when admission to Form One is opened.

"All candidates whose results i'm releasing today will be admitted to Form 1 under the 100 per cent transition policy," he said.

This was the second-last edition of the KCPE examination before the 8-4-4 system of education is completely phased out of the primary school curriculum next year.

It is the first placement done by CS Machogu.
