Cash crunch as Treasury yet to send Sh258bn to counties

Only 35 per cent of the funds have been released with five months to end of financial year

With about five months to the end of the financial year, the Treasury stills holds in excess of Sh258 billion for counties, occasioning a cash crisis, a report shows.
